Julie Wilcox is Founder of Julie Wilcox Wellness Consulting, co-founder of ISHTA Yoga, author of The Win-Win Diet, adjunct professor of Leadership and Wellness at Simmons University, a holistic wellness coach, and nutritionist (MS). She serves as Executive Wellness Director of Jewish Orthodox Women’s Medical Association (JOWMA). Julie’s mission is to educate, coach, and teach rigorously yet non-judgmentally, so that through self-leadership, self-care, self-value, self-acceptance, and self-efficacy, those with whom she works may achieve their highest level of well-being. Julie is a member of the board of directors of Quincy Asian Resources Inc. (QARI), an NGO providing social services, food security and wellness to immigrant populations, as well as the Beracha Foundation in Israel, which makes grants in the areas of education, culture, and urban sustainability. Julie earned her Master of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics at New York University and her Bachelor of Arts degree at Harvard College.
The event will open with Tehillim led by The JWE
All proceeds will go to support the soldiers in Israel through Friends of The IDF (FIDF) and Magen David Adom.
